By accessing or using Gambit you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional rules posted on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). You confirm that gambling is legal where you reside. Residents of restricted territories (USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Curaçao, and others) are not permitted.

One account per person, household, IP and device. Accurate information must be supplied and kept current. We may suspend or close duplicate or fraudulent accounts and void related winnings.

Funds must originate from a source owned by the account holder. Minimum deposits and withdrawal limits are listed on the cashier. We reserve the right to request KYC documentation at any time.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms. Abuse of promotions — including chip dumping, low-risk play, and multi-accounting — will result in bonus and winning forfeiture.

Use of bots, AI assistance, collusion, exploits or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. We use cryptographic provably-fair systems and third-party RNG certification.

You may close your account or self-exclude at any time via Account Settings or by emailing support. Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Gambit is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Willemstad, Curaçao.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
